We live in, with and from the region. Sustainability and the conscious management of our regional resources are dear to our heart – not just in designing our hotel but also in selecting our produce. We exclusively use vitamin-packed, healthy natural produce, such as fresh vegetables, fresh salads and high-quality meats. True to the motto “the best is nearby“ we attach great importance to local quality, therefore 80% of our suppliers are located within a radius of 90 km. We also inform our guests about the exact origin of our produce.

An exquisite breakfast including organic corner is available until 10.30 am. We would be pleased to serve you breakfast in your room if you wish.

What could be more pleasurable than rounding off an active day with a tasty evening meal and a decent glass of wine? Four course evening menus with salad buffet await plus a weekly gala dinner. Wine tastings with hotel owner and wine-lover Christian Sager are a popular highlight for our guests.
